- The Executive Director contract is a continuous employment contract.
- Executive Evaluation Committee shall conduct and complete a full annual review of the Executive Director by October 31. Annually, the executive shall conduct an evaluation of the Executive Director prior to the end of October or two (2) months prior to the Executive Director contract renewal or whichever comes first.
- This evaluation shall be conducted by a committee of three (3), consisting of Board Chair and two (2) members of the executive.
- The Executive Evaluation Committee shall meet at a minimum of three (3) times a year. One of these three is the actual evaluation, two are for review and discussion.
