3.0       BORROWING PRIVILEGES

3.1       The use of the library or its services may be denied for due cause.  Such cause may be failure to return items, or to pay penalties, destruction of library property, disturbance of other patrons, or any objectionable conduct on premises.

3.2       Privileges may be reinstated at Library Managers discretion.  Severe problems may be referred to Board for a decision.

3.3       If fines amounting to $10.00 or more remain unpaid, the borrowing privileges shall be suspended until full payment is received or the suspension is successfully appealed to the Board.

3.4       Loan periods for books, audio books and VHS videos is three (3) weeks; DVDs is one (1) week.

3.5       The borrower’s card may only be used by the patron to whom it is issued.
