- The Board of Trustees recognizes that the library is a public facility and therefore will accept for display announcement items of community service.
- The Library will display items promoting the literacy.
- The Library will display items which, whenever possible, promote local artists and hobbyists.
- The Library, however will not display items of:
- Controversial nature
- Political nature
- Bias materials
- Items generally considered in bad taste for a public facility.
- A refusal to display certain material may be appealed to the Board of Trustee in writing. The decision of the Board is final.
