Responsibilities of the Secretary
Answer
If directed by the Board, the Library Director will appoint a staff member to be Board Secretary. The Board Secretary shall:
- 
	
- 
		
- ensure accurate minutes of all Library Board meetings are taken;
 - ensure a copy of the Board minutes is provided to the Library Director within one week following a board meeting;
 - retain a current directory of Trustee names and contact information.
