Chauvin Municipal Library has a check out policy for all patrons up to a maximum of 15 items.

Patrons under the age of 18 have a limit of 5 items allowed out at a time. A Parent permission form is required if check out limit is over 5 items.

Parent permission forms will only be valid for one year.

A new parent permission form must be filled out each year.

• Library Managers will have the authority to limit patrons regardless of policy.
• If there are charges or blocks on the patrons account, the patron will be limited on items until the account has been rectified.
