Title:                           Meetings of the Board

            Guidelines and Procedures:

1. The Board will meet at minimum every 4 months as per the Libraries Act.
2. One regular Board meeting of the year will also serve as the Annual General Meeting. This meeting will take place in February.
3. The Chairperson will call special meetings at the request of two board members when necessary.
4. Board members who have missed three consecutive meetings without notification will be reviewed as per the Libraries Act.
5. Quorum will be the majority of all members.
