Background
Two ‘lens-light magnifying lamps’ were donated to the Smoky Lake Public Library by the Smoky Lake Lions Club in June, 2003.
Policy
- Only cardholders of the Smoky Lake Public Library may borrow a lamp.
- Only one lamp shall be loaned out.
- One lamp must stay in library for in-library patron usage at all times.
- The loan period shall be three (3) weeks with only one (1) renewal permitted.
- Bulb replacement is the responsibility of the Library Board.
- Any damage or loss to lamp on loan is the responsibility of the cardholder.
- Cardholder shall be charged for loss, theft or damage of the Book Light.
