Lost and Damaged Library Material

Library materials consist of books, magazines, books on tape and CD and video/DVD and other items normally considered to be part of the library selection.

An item that has been declared lost by the automated system shall be considered lost by the Smoky Lake Public Library.

A cardholder responsible for a lost item shall be notified.  If the cardholder is unable or unwilling to return the lost item or is responsible for a damaged item, that cardholder shall be charged according to Schedule C of the Bylaws of the Smoky Lake Library Board.
