Why did my staff member stop receiving NLLSpartners and TRACsharing emails?

 

My staff member reported that she stopped getting emails from groups.io some time ago. Why is this happening, and what can I do to fix it?

If someone has stopped receiving emails from groups.io, the first thing to check is whether the account has been re-verified. In March 2024, Groups.io asked its members to re-verify their accounts to avoid having groups.io emails caught in spam filters. More information is available in their FAQ.

If the problem is the re-verification, the staff member should be able to resume getting emails by going to https://groups.io/login and logging in with her email and password (if they have it), or using the 'email me a link to log in' button. The act of logging in should reactivate their account and they should start receiving those emails again.
