How to Run Your Annual Report Statistics

In order to complete your annual report for the PLSB, NLLS provides a quick report you can run at any time. This report has been updated to reflect the new data required by the PLSB for the past year. Please run this report any time after January 1.

Brief instructions:

1. Open Polaris
2. Go to Utilities > Reports and Notices > Custom
3. Double click on “Annual Report – updated Jan 2023”
4. Choose the previous year for the year and then select your library name
5. Your report will run. It will be about 3 pages long.

Instructions with screenshots:

1. Open Polaris and go to utilities > Reports and Notices

2. Click on the “Custom” Folder along the left-hand side

3. Scroll down and double click “Annual Report – updated Jan 2023.” It is the first report after all the folders.

4. Choose the previous year for the year and then your library’s name. Then click submit.

5. Your report will open as a PDF
