If you are looking for support with building your website or need help understanding the backend of your website (this is called WebGuide), you are in the right spot!

WebGuide looks and feels overwhelming. We've attached a document to this article - it includes the features you can use and where to find them in WebGuide. There is also training for your website in Niche Academy. It goes through each of the features, including book carousels. And, as always, contact us at ask@nlls.ab.ca, and we will be happy to help you or train you. 

To find your access to website, just type your library's URL into the address bar of your web browser, but at the end add "/webguide" (no quotation marks), and you should be ready to log in. Your login will be your email address, and if you can't remember your password, just click on "I forgot my password" for a reset link.
