Emergency After-Hours Polaris Support
If there is an emergency after business hours, call the Emergency Pager at 1-877-452-8722
Time periods covered for after hours
Mon - Thurs 4:30 — 8:00 pm
Friday 4:30 — 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 — 5:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 — 5:00 pm
- After dialing the pager number, either type in your phone number followed by the pound sign (#), or leave a voice message so that support staff can contact you about your problem. When leaving a voice message, please provide as much information as possible.
- Only call the emergency support pager number if a problem is encountered within the covered time periods listed above that result in the library being unable to carry out critical functions for the successful operation of your library, defined as:
- Login
- Check out/in
- TRACpac searching
- Patron Registration
