Hoopla Error Message

I have a patron trying to borrow an audiobook on hoopla. She keeps getting a message to contact her library. The message says,  "Sorry, our lending policy does not allow you to borrow this title."



I did a search on the message your patron received. This message indicates that her account is in some way the problem. Is her account in good standing? Is the registration up to date? Has her card number changed, or her pin?

If her card has been replaced, then I may need to update it Hoopla admin. If it is just a registration expiry issue then you can fix that on your end.
