Why can't my patron access PressReader from home?
I need help with troubleshooting PressReader. I have a patron who is recently unable to sign in to PressReader. There is no where to sign in as a patron.
It asks for an order subscription. How can my patron access PressReader from home?
Press Reader is a location-based reading service that requires the readers to visit their local hotspot intermittently to continue access away from the hotspot. When a patron's home access suddenly quits working, often the answer is to simply visit their local library and log in, and the time counter will restart itself.
